How to get to Ischgl and FAQs:
everything you need to know

• Hotel Ferienglück: your room will be ready for you from 2 p.m.
• Hotel Alpenland: your room or apartment will be ready for you from 3 p.m.

If you will be arriving after 6 p.m., please let us know in advance so that we can ensure everything runs smoothly for you.

• Hotel Ferienglück: by 11 a.m.
• Hotel Alpenland: by 10 a.m.

• Hotel Ferienglück: all prices are per room per night (based on the number of guests) and include the breakfast buffet, free use of the wellness area, and the Silvretta Card Premium in summer. An additional local tax of €4.00 per person per night applies.
• Hotel Alpenland: all room rates are per room per night (based on the number of guests) and include breakfast; apartment rates are per night and apartment (based on the number of guests) and exclude breakfast. The gourmet breakfast can be booked by apartment guests for €20.00 per person per night. The price also includes use of the wellness area. Please note the additional local tax of €4.00 per person per night, as well as a final cleaning fee of €10.00 per person for apartments.
• Prices quoted in offers are per person and for the specified duration, and include the additional services listed in the offer.

We reserve the right to change prices.

When booking, we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total amount.

Cash, debit card (all countries), Mastercard, and Visa.

For stays of fewer than 4 nights, a short-stay surcharge will be applied.

A change of guest during the booking period is only possible subject to an additional charge and with the hotel’s written consent.

Cancellations are only valid if made in writing.

• 90 to 30 days before arrival: cancellation fee amounts to the deposit
• 29 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking price
• From 6 days before arrival and in the event of a no-show: 90% of the total booking price
• In the event of late arrival or early departure: you will be charged the full room rate for the days not used.

To protect yourself against unexpected costs, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.

• Hotel Ferienglück: daily from 7.30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Walk-in guests are also very welcome for a fee of €25.00 per person.
• Hotel Alpenland: daily from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. When you book a room, our extensive gourmet breakfast buffet is included in the room rate. Apartment guests can book breakfast for €20.00 per person per night. Walk-in guests are also very welcome for a fee of €20.00 per person.

Both hotels have a ski room with heated ski lockers. Your kit will be ready and dry for you the next morning.

Guests at both hotels can benefit from a discounted Ischgl ski pass via the guest card, which is available directly from reception. Please note that this service must be paid for in cash.

Of course, there’s Wi-Fi. You can access the internet free of charge in both properties.

When staying in their parents’ room (2 full-paying guests), the following discounts apply to children and young people.

Winter (Hotel Ferienglück and Hotel Alpenland)

• Children under the age of 1: free of charge
• Children from 1 to 6 years old: 50% discount on the room rate
• Children from 7 to 14 years old: 30% discount on the room rate

Note: at Hotel Alpenland, children’s discounts apply only to rooms, not to apartments.

Summer (Hotel Ferienglück)

• Children under the age of 1: free of charge
• Children from 1 to 6 years old: €41.00 per night | €46.00 per night in the family suite
• Children from 7 to 14 years old: €54.00 per night | €59.00 per night in the family suite

Note: Hotel Alpenland is closed in the summer.
