FAQs

What is included in the room rate?

All room rates at Hotel Ferienglück are per room per night (based on the number of guests) and include a generous breakfast buffet and free use of the spa facilities. In summer, the Silvretta Card Premium is also included. For special offers, the services listed in the relevant package apply.

When is breakfast served?

The breakfast buffet is served daily from 7.30 a.m. to 11 a.m. – featuring fresh pastries, sausage and cheese specialities, muesli, egg dishes, and fruit. External guests are also very welcome for a fee of €25.00 per person. The same applies to guests who would like to have breakfast at Hotel Ferienglück on the day of their arrival.

When is the spa open?

The spa area – featuring a Tyrolean sauna, crystal steam bath, whirlpool, bio sauna, herbal bath, experience showers, and tepidarium – is open to all hotel guests free of charge every day from 4.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

When is check-in and check-out?

Your room will be ready from 2 p.m. Check-out is until 11 a.m. If you will be arriving after 6 p.m., please let us know in advance.

Is there parking for hotel guests?

Yes, all guests at Hotel Ferienglück can park for free at the Ischgl Parking Lounge. Parking is included in the price of your stay.

Are the rooms suitable for families with children?

Hotel Ferienglück offers several family rooms and family suites for up to 5 people, all with separate sleeping areas. The following discounts apply for children staying in the parents’ room with two full-paying guests.

Winter

Children under the age of 1: free of charge
Children from 1 to 6 years old: 50% discount on the room rate
Children from 7 to 14 years old: 30% discount on the room rate

Summer

Children under the age of 1: free of charge
Children from 1 to 6 years old: €41.00 per night | €46.00 per night in the family suite
Children from 7 to 14 years old: €54.00 per night | €59.00 per night in the family suite
