Our wellness tip for your sauna sessions: start by taking a lukewarm shower to open your pores and help you sweat. Work your way up from a milder sauna to a hot Finnish sauna. In between sessions, make sure to cool down in the fresh air and allow a rest period of up to 20 minutes – this will ensure your sauna experience has the full effect.
