Hotel Garni Alpenland
INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY IN ISCHGL
All prices are charged per person per day or per apartment per day, with the rates per person per week – subject to change. Additional local tax of € 3,00 per person per day and a final cleaning fee of €10.00 per person in the apartment.
Check in/out:
The rooms are available from approx. 2.00 pm on the day of arrival, and must vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Please notify us of an arrival after 6.00 pm.
Child discount (only applies to rooms, not in the apartments):
If accommodated in the parents’ room: children under 1 year FREE – children 1-6 years 50% - children 7-14 years 30%.
Payment:
The hotel bill can be paid in cash, with debit cards from all countries or by credit card (Mastercard, Visa).
Deposit:
When booking, we would ask for a deposit of 40 % of the total amount.
Short stay:
An additional fee is charged for short stays of less than 4 nights.
Change of person:
Please note that a change of person within the booking period is only possible at an additional fee and with written approval from the hotel.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations are only valid if made in writing. A cancellation fee of the amount of the deposit will be charged if your booking is cancelled or changed after reservation up to 30 days before the date of arrival. 70% of the total amount of the booking will be charged if your booking is cancelled or changed up to 7 days before the date of arrival. 90% of the total amount of the booking will be charged if your booking is cancelled or changed later than 7 days before the date of arrival or in the event of a no-show. Should you decide to vacate the room prior to the date of departure, the room rate will be charged for the days actually booked.
Travel insurance:
We recommend you take out the appropriate travel insurance.
Breakfast:
We also invite guests of the apartments to breakfast on our rich buffet, which can be booked daily for €18.00 per person per day.
Ski passes:
You will also benefit from a discount on the ski pass from Ischgl using the guest card available from the 4-star Hotel Ferienglück, or simply order it from reception. The ski pass can only be paid in cash.

The Hotel Garni Alpenland enjoys a tranquil location only approx. 2 km from the centre of Ischgl and the lifts.
Turn left at the traffic zone B2 and enter the district of Waldhof. The Hotel Garni Alpenland is located on the right side of the street.
